Dong Han (韩东)

Currently, I work as a PhD candidate at HUAWEI as well as Friedrich Schiller University Jena in domain of privacy-preserving computer vision. I completed Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in Computational Colour and Spectral Imaging (COSI). I have received full scholarships (49000 Euros) to study in four different countries and obtained triple master degree.

I graduated colour and visual computing master degree at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Norway, photonics, image and vision at University of Granada in Spain and computational spectral imaging at University of Eastern Finland in Finland. I was a research intern at Laboratoire Hubert Curien, where I wrote my master thesis on Deep Learning-Based Illumination SPD Estimation from an RGB Camera under the the supervision of Dr. Philippe Colantoni and Dr. Éric Dinet at Université Jean Monnet in France. Prior to that, I worked as a 3D printing research intern at Mihaly in France. Prior to my move to Europe, I completed my bachelor's degree in Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering at Dalian University in China.

2021/08: Our Paper on The Importance of Color Spaces for Image Classification Using Artificial Neural Networks: A Review has been accepted at ICCSA2021 in Cagliari, Italy.
2021/06: Start my summer internship Mihaly in Paris.
